About

The Global Brand and Communications Operations team identifies and implements the processes, insights, and efficiencies to help the Global Brand and Communications team operate smoothly and at scale.

The team works across both Global Comms and Global Marketing to provide strategic, operational and administrative support.

The team serves as a liaison to key XFN partners, including Procurement, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources, as well as operationally manages the press inbox and provides media and social analysis insights related to company announcements.


Responsibilities:


We are looking for a dynamic operations or communications professional to support our Global Communications team as a Communications Operations Coordinator with a focus on the APAC region.

This role is rooted in cross-functional project management, problem-solving and planning, and organization and management of key initiatives.

You'll play a strong role in supporting both the operational and administrative functions of the Communications team both globally and regionally, while also helping with external communications campaigns.

We're looking for people who are able to think quickly on their feet, adapt to change in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, good at connecting the dots, and who aren't afraid to push the boundaries of what's possible.


  • Working closely with the APAC Comms team to provide communications coordination across media coverage tracking and analysis, reporting, product reviews, campaigns, and other initiatives
  • Manage and draft regional reports and updates to enhance business communication and information sharing across comms teams and crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Organize and manage team meetings to facilitate business updates
  • Provide support for regional team leads as needed across Finance, Procurement
  • Collaborate with the broader Global Comms Operations team on a variety of global and organizational projects and campaigns including maintaining team resources and documents, event planning, media operations, reviews, onboarding new team members and agencies, and more
  • Streamline processes and workflows to drive efficiencies to enable teams to operate at scale

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Writing, Journalism or related fields
  • Experience working in a global capacity
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of work experience in a PR agency or inhouse
  • Exceptional listening, problemsolving, verbal and written communication skills
  • Rigorous and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility; possess certain stress tolerance and good teamwork spirit
  • Respect for and desire to learn from other cultures
  • Experience working with global companies is a plus
