    Marketing & Communications Executive

    About SHRI

    SHRI is seeking a skilled Communications Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Communications Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content, managing digital platforms, analysing data, and supporting marketing communications (Marcoms) campaigns to drive lead generation efforts.

    Responsibilities

    • Produce engaging and informative content across various digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email newsletters.
    • Manage and maintain digital platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimised for user experience and search engine visibility.
    • Analyse data from digital platforms and marketing campaigns to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for strategic improvements.
    • Make recommendations for strategic changes based on data analysis, audience feedback, and market research to optimise communications efforts.
    • Vet and design key visuals and collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
    • Support Marcoms campaigns by contributing creative ideas, developing content, and executing tactical initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams to support lead generation efforts and achieve business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Local diploma in a relevant domain.
      Three to Five years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or related roles.
    • Strong in content creation skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in digital platforms and tools, including website management, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
    • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Creative flair and attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Proactive, results-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
