Description
Handle incoming and outgoing documents.- Maintaining of the registry of the contract document including upkeep of the drawings and submission records
- Maintain registry of correspondence, incomings & outgoings
- Coordinate document submission with office site personnel
- Upkeep of office facilities and staff welfare
- Provide admin support to project team
- Undertake any other adhoc projects/duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE O Level
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Able to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
- Computerliterate & basic Microsoft Excel skills
- 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
