Responsibilities:

• Your leadership and operations management skills will be highly improved.
• Leading a team of operators, technicians to achieve production goals.
• Provide support to clients' engineers on process development.
• Develop new and modified process formulations, handling equipment and reviews processing techniques and method.
• Manage equipment and setup process.
• Characterise process and equipment system to maintain and control process parameters.
• Troubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions.
• Improve manufacturing yield and quality.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Material Science / Chemical / Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Or it's equivalent.
• Relevant working experiences in wafer fab / semiconductor industry
• Good technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and DOE.
• Able to handle a team of a team of operators, technicians
