WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic social media marketing team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to cultivate a strong online presence and achieve our brand objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement a datadriven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
Conduct audience research to identify target demographics and tailor content accordingly.
Create engaging and highquality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). This includes crafting compelling written content, designing visually appealing graphics, and planning captivating video content.
Manage and maintain brand voice and consistency across all social media channels. Schedule and publish content strategically to maximize reach and engagement.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of a local diploma or degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in social media management, ideally with a demonstrably successful track record.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.) and their functionalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
Experience with video editing and graphic design a plus.
