Description
As part of our rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to the CEO and play a vital role in supporting the CEO and building a positive culture in the office premise.
Job Responsibilities- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of all company and CEOrelated matters related to the business.
- Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling all the necessary correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as managing itineraries and travel expenses of CEO and other executives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO to support the growth and success of the company.
- Assist with other office projects and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above Business administration or related field.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, particularly in the finance and fintech space.
- Proven work experience in providing executive and administrative support to Senior
- Management and C level stakeholders.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with excellent written/verbal communication skills as well presentation skills.
- An independent worker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experienced communicating with crosscultural and crossfunctional teams.
- Fluent in English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be a great advantage to liaise with the Mandarinspeaking associates.
