[What the role is][What you will be working on]
- Provide guidance and supervision for student projects and oversee their internship and clinical attachments.
- Contribute to the design and development of the paramedicine curriculum, ensuring its alignment with industry standards and advancements.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in emergency medical services and incorporate current practices and technologies into the curriculum.
- Instil values of professionalism, ethical conduct, and compassion in future paramedics.
- Work with colleagues, industry professionals, and healthcare organizations to enhance the overall educational experience and relevance of the paramedicine program.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development by staying informed about evolving medical practices, teaching methodologies, and educational technologies.
[What we are looking for]
- Hold a relevant Paramedicine qualification and possess a Level 4 Paramedic Certification or equivalent. Consideration will also be given to qualifications from other fields or overseas paramedic programs.
- Showcase a minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency Ambulance Services, demonstrating a practical understanding of realworld paramedic scenarios.
- Display strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively convey paramedic concepts and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and industry professionals, contributing to a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
