Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this role is to provide maintenance support for plant equipment to ensure smooth operation.

The scope includes planning and executing corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting critical plant issues, implementing improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance works, including prioritizing jobs, mobilizing workforce, and allocating resources.
Lead technicians in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot critical plant issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) studies, and drive cost management initiatives.
Implement management initiatives to optimize assets and continuously improve methods and procedures.
Review budget, monitor spending, and control costs.
Maintain risk registers, participate in safety walkdowns, and implement safety initiatives.
Develop and establish maintenance procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for maintenance works and plant equipment.
Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Power Plant environment or oil & gas industry.
