Presently, they are searching for a dynamic, ambitious and commercially-minded professional to join their team on a full-time basis as an Analyst for their Data Centre division in Singapore.
- Analyse various forms of deal structures across the region.
- Support deal team leaders in origination, evaluation, due diligence and execution of both direct and joint venture deals.
- Support deal team leaders in preparation of investment proposals and coordination of internal stakeholders, portfolio managers and external partners and consultants.
- Support Asia Real Estate team on the Company's data centre related strategic initiatives, reporting and potential new product development and offerings
Other skills & experience include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong presentation and research skills.
- Strong oral and written English communications skills to present to and work with senior management, internal stakeholders and external parties (at least one additional Asian language preferred).
- Strong attention to details and able to take ownership and work independently with guidance and supervision from the Team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a passionate and responsible individual, a good team player and a flexible mindset adaptable to changes
