The Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS) has been caring for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs) and their families since 1962.


Grounded in the belief that all PWIDs have innate abilities and talents, MINDS is committed to empowering them and enhancing their quality of life, while advocating for greater inclusivity for PWIDs as a nation.

MINDS is today one of the largest charities in Singapore employing more than 850 staff.

With the key focus to expand community-based services, improving the employability of PWIDS, strengthening education, and engendering inclusive community living, MINDS offers a holistic range of services and programmes across the PWIDs' lifespan.

Senior Manager, Performance & Rewards


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement performance management framework, policies and processes that are robust and objective
  • Plan and execute organisationwide communications activities to communicate organisationwide performance management
  • Maintain proper records of performance reviews and ensure sensitive information are securely stored or destroyed for privacy and confidentiality. system.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management system and its related communications efforts by analysing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions.
  • Conduct salary study to support recommendations on compensation structure that aligns to the industry range and meets the organisation's financial budget.
  • Resolve issues or address questions related to payroll policies and procedures to ensure workforce are paid in accordance with agreed employment terms and conditions.
  • Translate compensation structure through job analysis and evaluations, employee feedback and external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remain relevant for the business and is market competitive.
  • Benchmark benefits with other comparable organisations.
  • Design and implement benefits that would meet the needs of the workforce and within the approved budget.
  • Correlate financial and HR data to design HR metrics, identify causal relationships, analyse trends, develop forecasts and projections, and draw insights and foresights for decisionmaking.
  • Develop insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • At least 68 years relevant Performance and Rewards experience.
  • Experience in a complex business environment and a good understanding of payroll system and processes.
  • Team management skills with ability to coach, motivate and lead.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
