- Support the APAC People Partner.
- Contribute ideas and run various employee engagement and other People initiatives.
- Prepare internal communication and presentation on People initiatives.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- University student with preferably with degree in Business, International Business, Human Resource, Marketing, Communication, Digital or Media Marketing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels with positive working attitude
- Ability to understand the business requirements so that he/she can help to prepare presentation deck and draft internal communications.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs.
- Independent team player and positive working attitude
- Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) office.
