(Responsibilities)

• Design and deliver engaging and effective Japanese language courses, ensuring alignment with student learning objectives.
• Provide instruction in various aspects of the Japanese language, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with a focus on Business Japanese where applicable.
• Develop and adapt teaching materials, resources, and assessments to meet the needs and proficiency levels of individual learners.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and success.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
• Stay abreast of developments in language education and incorporate best practices into teaching approaches.

(Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language Education, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Native proficiency in Japanese.
• About 10 years of experience teaching Japanese language courses to students of varying proficiency levels.
• Proven track record of developing curriculum materials and designing effective language courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
