About Us
The main goal at Housing & Development Board (HDB) is to provide cost-effective, top-notch housing and create an amazing community where people can thrive. The focus is on being data-driven and using evidence-based decision making to enhance housing policies, service delivery, and operations.

What You'll Do

You will play a key role in the Information Services Group, overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive ICT solutions for HDB. Working closely with internal and external development teams, you will build and maintain scalable, reliable systems to ensure seamless digital service delivery.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams, deliver results, engage stakeholders effectively, solve problems, communicate well, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Define and implement system metrics, perform monitoring activities, set up automations, visualizations, and alerts for system health, manage staging releases, respond to incidents, document best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, analyze cloud trends for performance enhancement, and suggest strategic improvements.

Requirements

Strong background in computer science, engineering, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps
Minimum 3 years of experience in programming languages such as Python or Java, and CI/CD tools like Jira and Gitlab
Experience in container technologies, AWS cloud architectures, observability platforms, incident management, well-architected frameworks, and IT Service Management for Cloud
Knowledge of Singapore Government Tech Stack is a plus

Good communication and ownership of responsibilities

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract initially, with the possibility of conversion based on performance.
