Description

**Primary Responsibilities: •Execute telesales functions in the banking and finance sector by initiating outbound calls and handling inbound hotline inquiries.

Consistently provide high-quality services to customers while meeting sales targets.
Engage in outbound calls to introduce services, evaluate client needs, and schedule appointments.
Follow established call scripts during phone interactions.
Attain daily and weekly call targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

**Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience in telemarketing, preferably within the banking and finance industry.

Ideally, possess a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, demonstrating the ability to explain intricate financial solutions.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
