Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of regional operations, including financial, sales and logistics.

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting and cost control measures that are aligned with HQ.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and Environment policies.

Requirements:

• Proven track records of success with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within the shipping industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Strong knowledge in shipping operations such as terminal and port operations.
