The Project Executive will be the main point of contact between the agency and the clients.

You will be in charge of conceptualising, overseeing, and managing the timeline of web development projects from design to completion.

You will work closely with your Project Manager, developer and designers to deliver effective and attractive websites.

The Project Executive will be the main point of contact between the agency and the clients.

You will be in charge of conceptualising, overseeing, and managing the timeline of web development projects from design to completion.

You will work closely with your Project Manager, developer and designers to deliver effective and attractive websites.


Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional consultation to clients for both E-commerce and non E-commerce web development projects.

Conduct meetings with client, and internal team members, to gather and propose insightful ideas that meets the overall client's objective in developing a website that representstheir brand and business.

Responsible for providing support and advising clients on any enhancements to the web projects.

Act as the main point-of-contact between clients and internal technical team (web designers & web developers) to meet clients' requirements.

Maintain a Website task lists and make sure its items are accomplished in a timely manner.

Communicate with Project Manager, Development Teams and other Department on a regular basis, ensuring tasks are prioritized, organized and scheduled.

Responsible for providing timely updates on status and progress of web projectsAssists with Quality Assurance testing of websites.


Job Requirements:

3 years of working experience in project management, client-facing roles, events managementKnowledge of websites and E-commerce websitesCreative in proposing ideas to the team to exceed client expectations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated; ability to accomplish tasks with minimal instruction.
Possess an eye for details.
