About the Client

Leading MNC client

Responsibilities

1. Support day-to-day IT operations – production issue resolution. Analyse issue raised by users or reported by monitoring system. Perform impact analysis and suggest workaround solution for service recovery.
System / Software Engineering Background – Production code changes, alerting and monitoring, complex troubleshooting, implementing changes

2. Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

3. Troubleshooting Support Escalation – Understanding of critical issues to route support escalation incidents to concerned teams

4. Process Optimization – Increase reliability and performance through process optimization

Skills/Requirement

5. Strong Site Reliability Engineering(SRE) Experience with 5 to 8+ yrs of hands-on experience

6. Experience working on Linux based infrastructure and Prior experience managing infrastricture with VMs and Non-VMs

7. Monitoring logs with Splunk or similar tools , good in maintaining CX and KPIs , performance optimization

8. Hands-on experience with scripting knowledge with -bash or Python scripts

9. Hands-on Experience with Ansible/Spinnaker for Config management , experience managing Ansible Playbooks in past

10. Good Knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and respective services in enterprise setup , orchestration with Kubernetes
