    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Course Consultant to join our team. The Course Consultant will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through the enrolment process, providing detailed information about our courses, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective learners to understand their learning needs
    • Provide detailed information about our course information
    • Drive course registrations for public and inhouse courses
    • Assist leaners on course registration and grant submission
    • Provide good customer service to enhance their learning journey with EON
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with learners to explore on next steps in the learning journey
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners in the Friends of EON community
