    Description

    Some of the key responsibilities will include:Ensure monthly payrolls for the APAC region are processed with statutory requirements and in a timely mannerLiaise with external payroll vendors on prompt resolution of issues and continuous improvementTimely processing of new hires, terminations, salary amendments and other payroll related changesPreparing and filing all necessary statutory reports and payments related to payrollProvide subject matter expertise on all payroll related matters and tasks across the regionKeep abreast of legislation changes and ensure compliance across all payroll locationsTo be eligible for this role you will require:Degree qualified with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant payroll experience and knowledge of labour laws and legislations in APAC marketsNumerate with excellent analytical and communications skillExperience in driving process improvement and change initiativesGood organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
