Responsibilities:
- Recording of incoming materials/ inventory into ERP system
- Interacting with international customers to facilitate their order placement, fulfilment and enquiry
- Engage with customers in the event of product returns
- Coordination of logistic shipments with freight forwarders
- Preparing labels and kitting for international orders
- General administrative and accounting duties
Requirements:
- At least 23 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficient in software such as Netsuite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
