- Update HR policies, collaterals, and procedures regularly.
- Monitor and optimize HR services to meet service level agreements.
- Support audits, compliance testing, and regulatory inspections.
- Participate actively in Digital Transformation initiatives for HR Shared Services.
- Minimum 7 Years HR Working Experience in Banks.
