The Role:

We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst who will be part of our consulting, system integration and data analytics product solution teams.

The Business Analyst is a key member of the project team.

He/she will determine clients' requirements and define solutions to help address and improve complex business and process challenges in client organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document clients' business requirements and processes.
Propose and advise solution options and their benefits and constraints.
Develop functional specifications that documents use cases, clients' requirements and system features or changes to be implemented.
Work with the technical team to translate requirements to technical solutions.
Review design specifications to verify that requirements are met.
Develop mockup visualisation of system to demonstrate functional solution to clients.
Provide support and clarification to the design and development teams if there are queries on the functional specification.
Develop test plans, test scenarios and test data, document test results.
Perform testing, before user acceptance test, to verify that the developed system meets both data accuracy and functional requirements.
Lead user acceptance tests; obtain clients' acceptance.
Conduct user training.
Understands and correctly applies best practices methodologies, standards, and processes.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics its related discipline.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst in data and analytics or business intelligence projects.
Has implementation experience as part of a vendor team.
Prior functional experience in ERP systems would be favourably considered.
Good critical thinking skills to analyse, interpret, infer, explain ideas and information to solve complex problems creatively.
Able to build rapport and engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders
Selfmotivated and able to manage and prioritize and tasks and time efficiently
A selfstarter who loves working with a highly energetic and competent team.
Able to work under pressure when there is an escalated demand in the project cycle.
Highly motivated individual who is looking to learn and grow with the company.
