Description

• Manage the entire production process, from receiving orders to final product delivery, while ensuring adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Plan and organize production operations, including material procurement, workforce allocation, equipment maintenance, and production floor layout.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure smooth product transitions from the prototyping stage to mass production.
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, implementing quality control measures and conducting regular inspections.
• Optimize production workflow and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Train, supervise, and motivate production staff, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support to achieve production goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage inventory levels, track material usage, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

• Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Production Manager or similar role in a soft furnishing or têxtile manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles, quality control, and production planning techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse production team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a resultsoriented approach.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards within the manufacturing industry.
