- Provide pastoral counselling for residents, family members, staff and volunteers, where appropriate.
- Coordinate pastoral visitations for hospitalisation, wakes and funerals.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating pastoral care education and programmes/events for volunteers and community partners
- Plan and administer programmes/events to increase staff's awareness of mental well-being, stress management and self-care.
- Diploma/Degree in counselling/ psychology or related fields.
- Relevant theological studies or qualifications would be an added advantage.
- At least 2 to 3 years' of relevant work experience in pastoral care and/or counselling.
- Strong interest in ministering to the elderly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Full-time: Mon to Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm and alternate Sat 9:00am to 1:00pm
- Part-time: 4 days; 9:00am to 5:30pm
