Roles & Responsibilities
**Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for general administrative support to the office, serving as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.
2. Help with scheduling meetings, conference calls, corporate/team functions and events, and other appointments.
- Collect and maintain accurate data to prepare various reports and statistics.
- Answer phone calls, screen callers, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently when management is unavailable or out of office; take and relay messages; greet visitors.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills:
1. 1-year experience as Admin Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Excellent Writing in English and Chinese.
- Good communication skills, written and oral.
