We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to

1. Coordinate between Sales and Warehouse teams for sales operations
2. Perform sales administration and order management functions, such as Product Listing to Buyer, process Purchase Order and Good Return Notes from customer, generate product barcodes and catalogues etc.
3. Plan and prepare regular sales allocation and delivery schedule
4. Attend to customer's call/email, online and walk-in purchase
5. Maintain Inventory, Sales and Business Partner module in accounting system
6. Attend regular Sales meeting
7. Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
