**Key Role Description- Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external clients
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Chairman
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Set up meeting spaces and obtain car park and security clearance for visitors
- Make travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes of meeting
- Submission of expense claims for CEO Office
- Support logistics and administrative functions for media events and press conferences
- Composing and preparing correspondences
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plan, itineraries and agendas
- Any adhoc duties assigned
- Assist on translation work during meetings and events
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with five years of relevant work experience preferred (Prefebably with business studies)
- Strong track record in managing a CEO Office
- Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
- Energetic, fast paced, attention to details, highly resourceful
- Digital fluent, utilised tools to deliver routine work, effective in coordination of event
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to travel with CEO on business trips
- Able to work on weekend, or within short notice
- Need to liaise and coordinate with Chinese stakeholders. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is **Required
