About the Department:

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.


We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world.

We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.


Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.


Responsibilities:

Part of the Credit Administration & Reporting team responsible for regulatory reporting in accordance to MAS Notices 656, 643A and 757 and Top Borrower Groups Survey (TBGS)

  • Perform data maintenance (such as customer grouping, manual template upload etc) and analytics for compliance with the reporting requirements
  • Review obligor grouping structure for compliance with credit guidelines set down
  • Perform postapproval check for compliance with the credit approval limit set down
  • Perform CTO (customer to officer) tagging and update authorised signatories and maintain the Ucloud share folder.
  • Prepare management /regulatory reports, business user requirement (BRD)
  • Participate in process review, projects etc

  • Have an adequate understanding of the MAS Notices
  • Able to work independently
