Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Responsibilities:
Part of the Credit Administration & Reporting team responsible for regulatory reporting in accordance to MAS Notices 656, 643A and 757 and Top Borrower Groups Survey (TBGS)
- Perform data maintenance (such as customer grouping, manual template upload etc) and analytics for compliance with the reporting requirements
- Review obligor grouping structure for compliance with credit guidelines set down
- Perform postapproval check for compliance with the credit approval limit set down
- Perform CTO (customer to officer) tagging and update authorised signatories and maintain the Ucloud share folder.
- Prepare management /regulatory reports, business user requirement (BRD)
- Participate in process review, projects etc
Job Requirements:
- Have an adequate understanding of the MAS Notices
- Able to work independently
