Modern Link is the leading home appliance distributor in Singapore.We specialize in bringing in brands from all over the globe and building them into A-list brands in the Singapore market, with a proven track record of bringing in and growing 12 well-known global home appliance brands, including Hurom, Leifheit, Tatay, Hasegawa, Hailo and more We're looking for a passionate & proactive professional with experience in social media & digital marketing who will have a key role in growing our brand.
This role is responsible for supporting our brand-building efforts in all areas of marketing focusing on social media, PR & partnerships, and content development.
Responsibility:
- Overseeing company list of Brands' social platforms with regards to content creation and campaigns with clear goals to increase online/offline traffic, conversion & engagement
- Planning, executing and analyzing the success of every marketing campaigns (Such as but not limit to: Product Launches, New Brand Launches, Marketing Activation etc.) that is ran for different brands.
- Supervising the advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Working with colleagues across multiple departments, to ensure marketing message is convey unanimously
- Managing and Preparing Yearly Budgets for various brands advertising goals. Create and manage processes for ad buy (e.g. Instagram/Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Tiktok Ads)
- Working with inhouse or external party to create and manage opportunities for Partnerships and Collaborations Managing a team of Junior Executives to achieves the marketing objectives of the company.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of brand/marketing experience Strong analytical skillset with ability to find actionable, pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
- Preferably, has experience in full end to end process in developing marketing campaigns/ activations and assets:
- Have good understanding of consumer needs, scoping market opportunities and trends. A strong understanding of the local & global, social & traditional media landscapes and trends
- Have basic knowledge of Ads Buying
- Ability to work independently. A selfstarter, with a passion to deliver beyond expectations.
- Experience in managing a team
Salary:
$4, $5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
