What you will be doing

• Assist in copywriting for the Club's publications including quarterly magazine and Annual Report;
• Assist in content development for the Club's digital and social media channels;
• Manage publicity requests for events, promotions and internal communications and ensure timely reach out to target audiences;
• Handle members' feedback, tracking and preparing monthly reports;
• Plan and execute outreach marketing activities and campaigns to promote Club memberships;
• Generate reports to track the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns;
• Research and acquire opportunities to promote membership via partnerships;
• Assist in developing members' benefits and retention programmes;
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management.

What we are looking for

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism or a related field;
• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience with events management;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• English copywriting proficiency is preferred;
• Tech savvy and adept with social media strategies and management;
• Able to work both independently with minimum guidance and effectively as part of a team;
• Motivated, meticulous and results-oriented with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
