About Us

LiquidX Studio is a gaming development studio with the goal to produce an open-world AAA game called Pixelmon.

We are based in Singapore and Malaysia with many of our team collaborating remotely from countries like New Zealand, Spain, Indonesia, and Brazil. With large backing from our recently raised funding round, we aim to create an entirely unique experience with immersive gameplay and extensive lore that will wow all gamers.

The Challenge

You will be part of the Pixelmon production team that oversees our many game pillars, and we are excited to have YOU join us as our collaborative coordinator

As the coordinator, Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate schedules, details, and deliverables for projects and activations supporting game production. You will collaborate closely with our Business, Arts, and Production, Development teams as well as other business units that support our efforts

What You Can Expect To Work On

• Manage communications across departments, projects and activations while maintaining a high volume of plans and schedules
• Contributing and adding value to the game development at every stage, while working closely with vendors to assure production quality.
• Coordination of all asset delivery and timely project deliverables
• Create, maintain, and share essential project documentation, guidelines, updates, and protocols.
• Track & communicate project progress and deliverables on a regular basis with the production team, developers, and QC teams

What You Need to Succeed

• Digital Project Managements Experience: Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years work experience in project management/project coordination. Experience coordinating across multiple teams and varying lines of business as well as organising and calibrating project demands to deliverable goals.
• Technical Skills : Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, as well as software like Jira, Notion, Asana, Shotgun, Excel, Project, Confluence, or equivalents
• Effective Communicator : You are able to communicate succinctly and effectively using all the tools like email, Google Word, Google Slide, Google Sheet, and other project management tools. Plus, you never hesitate to be polite while getting straight to the heart of the matter.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mind, Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
• NFT & Blockchain : Experience in working NFTs and blockchain technology/industry is a plus
• Passionate about games : You love playing games, and enjoy watching them come to life.
