As an Desktop Engineer (ATFM), the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client devices to ensure customer satisfaction and meet agreed service levels.
Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated, provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Imaging, Installation of notebook and devices according to the SOP, provision/deprovision of users and assisting on recovery of user's data.
Perform service request related to client business needs and follow up on all open requests to ensure customer satisfaction and meet agreed service levels.
Provide guide to users, track inventory, patching status, provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
Assist on relocation of assets and any other adhoc duties as required or assigned
Preferably with 1 or more years related experience in Technology Administration. Some network knowledge will be an advantage
Computer literacy in MS Office
Proficiency in Technology will be added advantage
Independent, resourceful, resultoriented individuals with a "cando" attitude
