Temporary Patient Service Associate - Singapore - Institute of Mental Health

Responsibilities
- Facilitate registration for patients
- Answer patient enquiries
- Update patient records in the system
- Book appointments
- Process cash and other modes of payments
- Perform financial counselling
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Serviceoriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- In addition, for NAMS:
- Minimum N-Level with minimum of 1 year experience in service industry
- Able to work staggered working hours to follow clinic opening hours 8am or clinic closing hours 6.30pm
- In addition, for Clinic B:
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma holder
- Able to work staggered working hours to follow clinic opening hours 7.50am or clinic closing hours 7pm
- Open to travel to cover IMH clinics at following locations (Buangkok Green Medical Park, Outram
- Health Promotion Board, Queenstown Polyclinic & Geylang Polyclinic)
