  • Family Group: Ancillary

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate registration for patients
  • Answer patient enquiries
  • Update patient records in the system
  • Book appointments
  • Process cash and other modes of payments
  • Perform financial counselling
  • Perform adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Serviceoriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • In addition, for NAMS:
  • Minimum N-Level with minimum of 1 year experience in service industry
  • Able to work staggered working hours to follow clinic opening hours 8am or clinic closing hours 6.30pm
  • In addition, for Clinic B:
  • Minimum NITEC/Diploma holder
  • Able to work staggered working hours to follow clinic opening hours 7.50am or clinic closing hours 7pm
  • Open to travel to cover IMH clinics at following locations (Buangkok Green Medical Park, Outram
  • Health Promotion Board, Queenstown Polyclinic & Geylang Polyclinic)
