Responsibilities

Identify and acquire merchants to sell their products and services on Companys mobile app etc
To ensure a smooth onboarding and postonboarding processes with Merchants including ecommerce setup, activation and integration
Collaborate with merchants to drive growth in terms of gross merchandise value and to ensure the success of the partnerships
Actively manage and monitor online listings, and proactively address any listing issues impacting the business
Ensure that all transactions are well monitored (sales, aftersales, claims)
Verify all documentation received from Merchants, and ensure that new merchant signups are compliant with Company requirements and guidelines
Provide customer service to ecommerce customers, including answering customer queries and managing customer feedback and complaints
Reconcile any refunds and rebates within agreed timeframes with relevant merchants
Formulate and execute appropriate merchant retention strategies to minimize attrition, including providing quality service to all merchants
Manage billing and payment queries and processes
Planning and forecasting sales
Generation of reports for tracking and analysis
Assist with the implementation of any online marketing projects/campaigns

Requirements:

Degree with at least 4 years of experience in acquiring and managing merchants
Experience with Lazada, Shopee and other Marketplace platforms is an advantage
Works with mínimal supervision and has a cando attitude and willingness to do beyond the job description
Able to thrive in a dynamic working environment and handle multiple projects at the same time with attention to details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as proven problemsolving and projectmanagement skills
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel
