Responsibilities:
- Investment Support
- Operational Support
- Business Initiatives
- Reporting
- Tax/information reporting
- Compliance / Audit
- Process improvement and other projects
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accountancy, Business or Finance.
- Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst is preferable but not mandatory.
- Experience with Private / Alternatives Assets investment execution, onboarding, ongoing and legal documents, new fund launches, negotiation and reviewing of engagement letters/contracts with fund administrators, auditors, corporate secretary, legal counsel and other relevant services.
- Experience with relevant systems preferred, e.g. Investran.
- Experience in tax / information reporting to execute FATCA & CRS
