Description

In this role, you are required to support the daily operations of the production section you are assigned to. You will be required to maintain the production area cleanliness and comply with food hygiene management standards.

Job Description

• Prepare and process of food items (Halal).
• Prepare items according to in-house procedures.
• Follow food production and preparation specifications.
• Preparing food ingredients by measuring, mixing, stirring, chopping, slicing, dicing, peeling, or otherwise preparing them for use in meal preparation.
• Ensure proper and safe operation of machineries.
• Maintain & ensure the cleanliness of work area.
• Check and ensure that quality and quantity of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition.
• Keep track of inventory to ensure adequate food ingredients, packaging supplies and finished product.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Physically fit
• Able to work as a team.
• No Experience may apply.
