[What the role is]ASSISTANT MANAGER (IT GOVERNANCE & STRATEGY OFFICE)
[What you will be working on]
You will support the planning, strategy formulation and governance of LTA's ICT portfolio & data assets, which covers the review, development and maintaining of LTA's IT policies, processes, standards & guidelines.
In your role, you will plan and coordinate group's reviews and compliance activities (including group's internal/external audits) to ensure alignment of LTA's ICT systems and compliance to government's policies and other statutory requirements.
In addition, you will manage IT systems register, IT Risk Register and work with relevant teams to assess, monitor and report IT compliance matters.
Beyond these, you will support in the development of LTA's digitalisation strategies and transformation plans to align to the whole-of-government objectives and new initiatives.
Work closely with internal project teams and liaise with other government agencies/ministries on digitalisation, ICT and data matters. To drive secure data-sharing within LTA and, across WOG and other organisations to strengthen discoverability and understanding of data. Support incident response and investigation for data related incidents.You will work with business units and stakeholders to drive data exploitation to enable data-driven decision-making within LTA and WOG and build capabilities in managing and exploiting data safely, efficiently and effectively.
Support in the review of data assets, catalogue and data security compliance matters.[What we are looking for]
.Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering discipline or equivalent, with at least 3 years working experience.
.Good understanding of IT policies, cybersecurity and technology solutions in ICT and smart systems domain (ICT&SS).
.Relevant knowledge or experience in IT audits, technology controls and risk management. Experience in IT Project Management and IT Management is desirable.
.Good interpersonal, communications, written and presentation skills.
.High drive and self-motivated individual with strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
.Adaptable and ability to think out of the box.
