JOB DESCRIPTION for E-COMMERCE INTERN


You will get the opportunity to learn the whole process of running an e-commerce website: Day-to-day operations such as order fulfillment, inventory management as well as the customer service.


  • Create, manage, update and upload products listings and store front regularly.
  • Competitive price, digital shelf benchmarking
  • Monitoring of key activations across Good Food People and competitors and compile best practices
  • Manage and improves customer's online shopping experience
  • Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing towards a Degree in Business, Marketing and Communications related discipline
  • Able to commit full/parttime for at least 56 months
  • Skills in Microsoft including Excel, Shopify, Yoast, Mailchimp.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus
