    Description
    WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
    The incumbent is responsible for acquiring the IWS Internal Trainer role and is expected to act as a pioneer for the 'Culture Change' going forward. The purpose of the position includes training the organization by 'Learn-Do-Teach' approach about subjects under his/her responsibilities, supporting DMS Owners to build knowledge in their DMSs, increasing IWS capabilities of line crew, and taking required actions to successfully implement IWS (Integrated Work System) structure at the whole factory where implementation lines will be changing every 4 months in line with IWS deployment plan.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. KPI's Responsibility during the training period -- Follow up production performance of assigned M&P Lines. Initiates and realizes necessary actions for the achievement of production KPIs
    2. Production Process Responsibility during training period -- Ensure daily business production activities in assigned machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation)
    3. Talent Managament Responsibility during training period -- Responsible for continuous technical knowledge improvement of MP personnel in assigned MP lines and communicate with his/her superior for training needs
    4. Performance Improvement Responsibility -- Coordinate implementation of technical activities within associated production lines in coordination with given directions by superior
    5. Quality and Yield Improvement Responsibility -- Participate and lead assigned safety, production performance, NTM and tobacco yield and quality improvement projects. Organize improvement studies and take corrective actions in order to eliminate repetitive customer complaints
    6. Integrated Work Systems (IWS)
    - Deliver training and coaching for DMS (Daily Management Systems) owners and line crew on respective knowledge area in order to run RTT(Run to target) deployments
    - Support DMS owners and line crew in understanding, using and further deployment of IWS tools.
    - Contribute to mindset change within the respective factory through training delivery and coaching activities, in line with the IWS concept.
    - Support line crew in developing training materials, OPLs documentation and ensure those are accessible by target audience.
    - Report all deviations from IWS standards observed on the production line in regards to tools, DMSs, DDSs and other related.
    -Train and Lead Line Team via understanding and utilizing a 'Servant Leadership' mentality - for the machines he/she is responsible during the training plan
    - Develop the operating teams' technical understanding and capability
    - Be the owner of the CIL, DH DMSs (Daily Management Systems), attend DDSs and spread IWS DDS structure according to the deployment plan.
    - Ensure production of a multitude of brands in the right quality with high efficiency and flexibility in compliance with JTI manufacturing procedures and quality standards for assigned M&P Lines.
    - Coordinate and assure implementation of all kinds of maintenance and breakdown activities on assigned M&P lines in compliance with set production plan.
    - Ensure daily business of the production activities in assigned machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) are done and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation accordingly in line with the Zero Loss Mindset.

    7. Other tasks
    - Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
    EHS
    - Risk Assessment - Understand health and safety hazards and risks relevant to their department, function, or process including all steps of the projects. Ensure that appropriate control measures are known and implemented in order to maintain a healthy and safe workplace for employees within their area of responsibility and integrated into the scope of projects.
    - Training & Competency - Ensure that safety methods are developed and all employees including contractors receive appropriate health & safety training and required qualifications, and are competent to do the work safely.
    - Legal & JTI Requirements - Know Legal and JTI health and safety requirements applicable to their department, function, or process including projects and ensure compliance.
    - Leadership & Continuous Improvement – Provide health and safety leadership, promote a positive safety culture, actively demonstrate commitment to health and safety, lead by example, and take actions and immediate steps to correct unsafe or unhealthy work conditions or behaviors in order to continuously improve health & safety performance.
    - IMS - Adhere to all Environment, Health & Safety, Energy and Quality policies, processes and operating standards by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee in compliance with norms by local legislation and regulations.

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
    Education: Technical, engineering, mechanical, and electrical education

    Work Experience: 1-2 years experience in a similar job

    Language skills: Proficient in English language both verbal and written communication.

    Functional skills:
    • Computer skills (MS Office), SAP transactions, Quality Management and steering, Manufacturing Performance Management, Team Management, Production Planning, Pest Management, Product and Process Knowledge,
    • Knowledge of Product Technologies: Lean Manufacturing (KAIZEN, TPM, TQP, JIT), ISO/EHS.
    • Knowledge on IWS principles
