Role Description :
This position reports to the Director and undertake client portfolios to manage their business expansion and process improvement.
The encumbent will assist clients to evaluate their current business needs and propose alternate strategies to transit to e-commerce platforms and soultions.
Specific Responsbilities:
Individual to be involved in:
- Strategise e-commerce expansion methods for clients' businesses.
- Evaluate the current business processes and intergrate to online solutions.
- Act as point of contact to clients and attend to enquiries.
- Assist in implementing new processes and improvements to the business needs of clients.
Competencies:
- Communicate effectively with client and develop a positive relationship.
- Assist the clients to reach their desired destination by setting goals and objectives.
- Ability to assess the client's requirements and recognise their needs.
- Develop strategic or critical thinking to achieve long-term corporate objectives.
- Be up-to-date with current trends in the e-commerce industry.
