Description

• Handle RFQ tasks, including receiving rates from SAO countries and supporting the submission of bids and tenders.
• Follow up on bid outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and success.
• Perform reviews and benchmarking activities to ensure our pricing remains competitive in the market.
• Analyze pricing trends and provide strategic insights to enhance our bid proposals.
• Receive and manage related enquiries from countries within the SAO region, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Maintain close collaboration and synergy with key functions to formulate effective bid strategies and tactical tender frameworks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance bidding success and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer tenders to ensure capabilities and customer requirements are accurately translated into pricing and solution documents.
• Maintain timely and accurate tender data profiling and records on required platforms and databases.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any related discipline.
• With 2 years of RFQ experience in the Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Competent in MS Office Applications.
• Good knowledge of Tableu, PowerBI and with Pricing Strategies is an advantage.
