**About the job
Well-known healthcare firm is expanding their HR team. They are hiring for an enthusiastic Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team.

Your future role:

Work closely with various stakeholders to track manpower movement and deployment.
Focus on strategies manpower planning and pipeline for medical specialist for doctors and nurses.
Manage full spectrum of the HR resourcing for medical specialists from interviewing to onboarding.
Cofacilitate Performance Management from data preparation, analysis and charting to staff promotions.
Keep abreast on HR related policies, make recommendations to ensure that they are relevant in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
Provide professional advice on HR policies, procedures, legislation, manpower planning relating to medical specialist.
Provide coaching to ensure the effective and professional delivery of HR plans, and HR programmes.

Required skillsets:

Human Resource degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in business partnering.
Proficiency in manpower planning and analytics experience.
Knowledgeable in analytical skills such as MS Excel tools for data analysis and building charts will be added advantages.
