Description
Work with Operations Executive to ensure smooth running of Operations.

  • Resolve issues raised by the Customer Service and Billing team.
  • Conducts necessary checks and follow up with the ground staff, Supervisors, within the team to ensure the operational processes are being done properly within the stipulated time.
  • Work with the Sales team to provide necessary input and details for the tendering of projects and quotations.
  • Handle onboarding and hiring of the team under your management.
  • Work with Operations Team to improve processes, optimize the schedule and increase efficiency of the given tasks to grow the business and profits of the company.
  • Support Operational needs within the team and complete adhoc tasks assigned.
  • Manage inventory lists & equipment to ensure the requirements of clients are being fulfilled.
  • Manage Supervisors and ground staffs to complete adhoc tasks assigned.
