    Roles & Responsibilities

    Description

    1. Plan , supervise and manage all maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for effective and efficient maintenance operations.
    2. Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.
    3. Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with the consultants and client.
    4. Monitor building's system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
    5. Conduct inspection to ensure property is well maintained.
    6. Recommend and implement improvement works if needed, at client's premises to meet high service standards and facilitate / maintain good working relationship with client.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
    • Minimum Diploma / Degree in FM and or Engineering or Building or any equivalent.

    Candidate must be willing to work in Punggol Location.
