- Plan , supervise and manage all maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for effective and efficient maintenance operations.
- Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with the consultants and client.
- Monitor building's system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
- Conduct inspection to ensure property is well maintained.
- Recommend and implement improvement works if needed, at client's premises to meet high service standards and facilitate / maintain good working relationship with client.
- At least 3 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in FM and or Engineering or Building or any equivalent.
