Description
Office Operating Hours:
Mondays to Fridays - 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Ensure timely billings and generating of invoices.
- Updating of details to accounting system accordingly.
- Liaise with clients and colleagues in billing matters.
- Issuing statement of accounts and reminder letters to clients.
- Assist in month end closing and preparation of journals entries.
- Assist in relevant reporting duties and other Adhoc duties.
- Responsible for preparation and dispatch of invoices fillings and housekeeping of documents.
