Description

Join a SGX-listed fats growing REIT with global assets looking for A finance Director. This is an opportunity to be part of a team working closely with the CFO and CEO in overseeing all financial activities.

The Role

• Perform group consolidation and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Management.
• Ensuring the statutory financial reports are in full compliance to all the relevant accounting standards
• Oversee the preparation of financial announcements for quarterly/half-yearly financial results.
• Liaising with external professionals (eg auditors and tax advisors).
• Oversee the preparation of Audit & Risk Committee and Board Meeting
• Support operations for the Asset Management team.
• Review tax returns
• Support annual budget exercise
• Involvement in hedging strategies, financing and re-financing arrangements.
• Various ad-hoc projects

Your Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within (REIT, real estate or asset management)
• Degree in finance/accounting/business or equivalent qualification and preferably a Certified Accountant.
• Experience in SGX listed company reporting standard
• Solid interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
