    Job Description

    This role sits within the Investment platform, which aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Conducting market research, including sector and economic trend monitoring, primarily for the healthcare real estate sector in North America and the UK/Europe.
    • Evaluating investment pipeline alongside the investment team from research and due diligence, preparing investment memo/presentations towards deal closing.
    • Supporting fundraising efforts, including research, data gathering, and pitchbook preparation.
    • Supporting asset management, including helping to maintain a robust internal database of the invested platform for analysis, tracking, and reporting.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • A penultimate or final year student with an Undergraduate or Master's Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or Accounting.
    • Basic to intermediate skills in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and valuation, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel knowledge and formulas.
    • Knowledge of using Bloomberg terminal/other data platforms.
    • A keen interest in investments and fund management business.
    • The ability to work independently and execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • A strong desire to learn with a high degree of motivation.
    • A high level of personal integrity and commitment to deliver high-quality work.
