Technical Sales Specialist - Singapore - COMPASS FOODS PTE. LTD.
Description
Primary Function
- Understand technically the food additives products and product management, leading to technical developments as well as ability to conduct and train sales channels.
- Commercially involved from sales to order management, handson to develop samples to handling the sales developments and processes.
- Develop and grow in the commercial sales related activities and build a strong customer base as well as sales channels globally.
- Ability to navigate the regulatory and commercial environment and build a good understanding with FTAs as well as regulatory of different country in the various segments.
Knowledge, Skills and Requirements
- Minimum a Degree in Pharmaceutical / Chemistry. Diploma with highly relevant experience in formulations of ingredients, additives, premixes and emulsions, can also apply.
- Good project management skills, detailed and extremely well organized, able to multitask, independent and good team player with a handson attitude.
- Strong in IT skills like Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Access. Having web design / maintenance skills will be a plus.
- At least bilingual in spoken and written in English and Mandarin and/or another language and a strong drive and selfmotivation and ability to learn in a fast pace working environment.
