Our client is a social service agency that has been established for over 20 years.

They are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join them as a Public Relations and Communications Manager.

Responsibilities

Create cost effective marketing campaigns across print, online, social media, broadcast, and outdoor platforms to increase the presence of the organisation
Manage internal and external stakeholders including corporate partners, sponsors and partnering agencies
Secure sponsorships and partnerships an collaboration with industry partners to drive the mission and vision of the organisation
Spearhead discussions with other organisations as partners for joint events to increase awareness of the organisation's mission
Organising talks and fireside chats to boost awareness and outreach effort on various media platforms
Develop and manage Public Relations and social media plan for campaigns and events
Manage press events, conferences and working with team members on media materials
Outreach to corporate and community organisations and engage in discussion with contact persons, HR representatives and staff welfare officers to discuss outreach and advocacy possibilities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or its equivalent
A minimum of 8 years relevant experience and worked with media partners and sponsors
Proven track records in events organising and focused in strategizing communications and outreach opportunities
Strong understanding of charity sector regulations and standards
Ability to think strategically and creative
Excellent stakeholder engagement and able to interact and work with people of all levels
Meticulous, ability to influence and highly adaptable
Team Managerial experience is required
