Every one of our team members ensures our customers know that they are always welcomed and cared for here at Little Farms.

Role of Assistant Store Manager/ Store Manager:

Assists the Head of Store Operations to head the team at our Little Farms retail store by leading our team members in the continued high performance of the store.

• Oversee the store's operations
• Communicate closely with team members to ensure highest quality service is achieved
• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service, ensure that customers are acknowledged and attended to quickly and efficiently
• Assist customers with their queries and provide recommendations
• Maintain proper ordering of inventories required for store operations
• Upkeep the cleanliness of the store and comply to legal requirements

Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail operation and customer service
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Retail Store Manager
